Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

 

At McPat Consulting LLC, we strive to provide high-quality professional services. Because our services involve professional time and expertise, refunds are handled according to the following guidelines.
 

 

Completed Services
 

 

Once a consulting session or project milestone has been completed and delivered, the service is non-refundable.
 

 

Service Not Rendered
 

 

If a technical error prevents the delivery of a service, or if McPat Consulting LLC must cancel an engagement, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling
 

 

Notice Period
 

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
 

 

Late Cancellations

​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

​

 

No-Shows

​

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained.
