Dispute Review

 

Upon receiving a dispute request, McPat LLC will review the transaction details, service records, and communication history to determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Unauthorized Payment Claims

 

Clients agree that they will not initiate a charge back or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with McPat LLC.

 

Initiating a charge back without contacting us may delay resolution and may require additional documentation.

 

Fraud Prevention

 

McPat LLC maintains records of:

 

• payment confirmations

• service agreements

• consultation scheduling

• communication with clients

 

These records may be used to respond to payment processor inquiries or disputes.
